Client: Elserino Piol Foundation, Epi Hub

In Valmorel, a hamlet of Limana (BL), nestled in the setting of the Belluno Dolomites, we contributed to the renovation and energy requalification of the operational headquarters of the Elserino Piol Foundation, Epi Hub.
GOAL:
The intervention aimed to improve the energy and structural performance of the building, ensuring greater efficiency, safety, and a'harmonious integration with the natural surroundings..
PROPOSAL:
To meet the design requirements, we built the retaining walls of the parking areas using the Ledrosteelbox gabions and clad part of the building with the Wallcover system, improving its aesthetic appearance and durability.
REALIZATION:
Our engineer Simone Graffer actively collaborated with Emanuele Vendramini of Salizzo de Cogoli, our partner in the area, who managed relations with the contracting company, providing the executive drawings for laying and verifying the static stability of the walls against the ground.
The construction site is nearing completion, and we will soon share the final result of this state-of-the-art intervention.
