Our Story
Metallurgica Ledrense was founded in the 1960s in the picturesque Ledro Valley, in the province of Trento, as a company specializing in steel processing, turning wire rod into galvanized wire and nails.
In 1987, thanks to the determination of the employees, it was refounded as a cooperative society, marking a new phase based on quality and innovation. Since then, the company has evolved into a thriving and internationally recognized business, maintaining strong ties with the local area and a commitment to research and innovation.
In 2013, it entered the electrowelded mesh gabion market, initially for third-party companies, and then became a manufacturer and direct seller in 2015. Today, Metallurgica Ledrense represents a national and international benchmark, with a history that testifies to resilience, innovation and passion.
