The Foundation project is the result of a collaboration between Metallurgica Ledrense and DICAM of the University of Trento, DII of the University of Trento and CNR-IBE of San Michele all'Adige, with the aim of revolutionizing the traditional approach to foundations. This innovative system was developed to meet the needs of a building industry increasingly oriented toward sustainability, prefabrication and efficiency.

In addition to residential settings, dry foundations find application in contexts that require rapid intervention or where the use of concrete is not feasible, such as emergency sums, mobile homes, prefabricated containers for service environments at large construction sites, archaeological sites or in areas subject to environmental constraints. In addition, their versatility makes them perfect for projects that require lightweight yet durable solutions while providing high living comfort, cancelled capillary rise, and minimal impact on the environment.
