INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong> Pursuant to Article 13, Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30 and Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016\/679 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Dear visitor, supplier or customer,<\/p>\n\n

Foreword<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In compliance with D.L.gs 30 June 2003 n. 196 and EU Regulation 2016\/79 (hereinafter \u201cRegulations\u201d), Metallurgica Ledrense Soc. Coop. (hereinafter \u201cMETALLURGICA LEDRENSE\u201d), as the data controller, is required to provide you with information regarding the purposes and methods of the management of your personal data (hereinafter we will refer to you as \u201cUSER\u201d), as well as the scope of communication and dissemination of the same, the nature of the data in our possession and their conferment. <\/p>\n\n

Purpose of processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Personal data are processed in the normal course of the company’s business for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n

a) performance of obligations arising from contracts concluded with METALLURGICA LEDRENSE and\/or fulfillment of pre-contractual activities for specific user requests;<\/p>\n\n

(b) fulfillment of obligations under laws, regulations or EU regulations (e.g., accounting, billing and payment processes);<\/p>\n\n

c) other activities related and instrumental to the management of relations with the user, creditworthiness surveys, informational, commercial activities, carried out by letter, telephone, electronic messages, newsletters, profiling, and subscription to our mailing lists.<\/p>\n\n

Data controller<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The data controller of the personal data referred to in this Information Notice is the company Metallurgica Ledrense Soc. Coop., located in Via Ampola,14 – Loc. Tiarno di Sopra 38067 Ledro (TN), Italy.<\/p>\n\n

Method of treatment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The processing will be carried out in automated and\/or manual form, with methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by individuals specifically appointed for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n

Scope of communication, dissemination and processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Your data, the subject of processing, will not be disseminated, it may instead be disclosed to related companies, abroad and within the limits of the law in order to comply with contacts or purposes related to third parties belonging to the following categories: <\/p>\n\n

1) subjects that provide services for the management of the company’s information system and telecommunications networks (including e-mail);<\/p>\n\n

2) service companies for the acquisition, recording and processing of data from documents, or media provided and original by the customers themselves and having and object of massive processing related to payments, bills, checks, and other securities;<\/p>\n\n

3) individuals who perform customer service activities (e.g., call center, help desk, etc.);<\/p>\n\n

4) firms or companies as part of service and consulting relationships;<\/p>\n\n

5) individuals who carry out control, audit and certification duties of the activities carried out by the company also in the interest of customers;<\/p>\n\n

6) entities that provide services for the management of communication processes (including mailing list).<\/p>\n\n

The subjects belonging to the above categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate completely independently as separate Data Controllers. The list of any data processors is constantly updated and available at the headquarters of Metallurgica Ledrense Soc. Coop. Any further communication or dissemination will take place only with your explicit consent.Your data will be managed and stored in countries of the European Union, or in third countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or in countries with which the European Union has established special agreements, for the duration of such agreements.The co-processors will be responsible for the same protection that this information notice assigns to you.<\/p>\n\n

Period of data retention and data protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The data will be stored without time limitation. The data are subject to constant back-up procedure by METALLURGICA LEDRENSE or in the intended areas of processing. <\/p>\n\n

Nature of conferment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The provision of data for activities requested by the USER is acquired and obligatory without further request for consent in execution of obligations arising from contracts concluded with METALLURGICA LEDRENSE and\/or fulfillment of pre-contractual activities for specific requests of the USER. The provision of your data for all other purposes is optional for you. <\/p>\n\n

The owner also makes it known that any non-disclosure, or incorrect disclosure, of any of the mandatory information necessary for the contract has as its consequence:<\/p>\n\n

1) the inability of the owner to ensure the adequacy of the processing itself to the contractual covenants for which it is performed;<\/p>\n\n

2) the possible mismatch of the results of the processing itself with the obligations imposed by the fiscal, administrative or labor regulations to which it is directed.<\/p>\n\n

Optional consents for the management of the Data Subject’s data are documented according to procedures considered unambiguous (such as two-factor authentication and \u201cdouble-opt-in\u201d system), according to the exchange of communications with the Data Subject himself or herself, or through express authorization provided in written or digital forms.<\/p>\n\n

Accountability and risk management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The data controller constantly adjusts data management and procedures for the purpose of ensuring the application of current regulations. Activities and workflows take data into account from the origin of processing and have been considered in accordance with the type of data handled, limiting processing that is not necessary for the activity. The processing register has not been adopted because the outcome of this audit and the regulations do not require it for our facility.The data controller has adopted the following security procedures: <\/p>\n\n

Identification of data processors, personal passwords, access restrictions, alarm system, verification of privacy procedures within additional owners and service providers, constant copying of data, updating of systems, verification of absence of sensitive data, request for implementation of security procedures by service providers, procedure for verification and notification in case of unauthorized access to premises or data.<\/p>\n\n

Right of access to personal data and other rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

You will be able to assert your rights as provided for in the current legislation by directly contacting the data controller with a written request. We also inform you of your rights under current legislation: <\/p>\n\n

1) The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him\/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.<\/p>\n\n

2) The USER has the right to obtain the indication:<\/p>\n\n

the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identifiers of the owner, managers and the representative appointed under Article 5, paragraph 2; the subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come to know them as appointed representative of the State territory, managers or agents.<\/p>\n\n

3) The USER has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose conversation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed, certification that the operations referred to in letters : (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means in relation to the protected right. <\/p>\n\n

4) The USER has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him\/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him\/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. <\/p>\n\n

5) METALLURGICA LEDRENSE has the obligation to respond within 1 month to the exercise by the USER of his\/her rights.<\/p>\n\n

6) The USER has the right to request a copy of the personal data, or to request its transfer to a third party.<\/p>\n\n

COOKIE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The software applications used may contain \u201ccookie\u201d technology. These have mainly the function of facilitating navigation by the user. Cookies may provide information on navigation within the Website and enable the operation of certain services that require identification of the user’s path through different pages of the Website. For any access to the portal regardless of the presence of a cookie, the type of browser used, the operating system (e.g., MacOS, Windows, Android, Linux, etc…), the Host and the URL of origin of the visitor, as well as data about the requested page are recorded. However, the user has a way to set his or her browser so that he or she is informed when you receive a cookie and thus decides to delete it.
